The Ocean in Your Home!

I bought the coolest Ocean cd yesterday! It’s called Ocean Waves~ With Alpha Brainwave Pulses by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson. You can use this as a meditation tool or to play in your house or on your iPod. I have tried playing it both ways and it sounds like you are actually by the Ocean with the headphones on and it’s also relaxing when playing it in the house. My pets love it!! Basically, when you are really relaxed, your brainwave patterns change to slow frequency “Alpha” waves. So in listening to this Ocean “Alpha” wave recording, your own brainwaves naturally lock on to the Alpha pulses and lead you easily into states of deep relaxation.
